Terms of Sale

ALL SALES ARE CONSIDERED FINAL, unless all criteria have been met in order to exchange the item(s).  J-stuff will only exchange your item if the item sent is incorrect. We will ship the correct item to you as soon as we receive the incorrect item. There are NO returns.  All claims for damaged merchandise must be made with the shipping carrier.  Please keep all documentation, packing materials, and cartons for the carrier inspection.  J-stuff cannot initiate any claims with the carrier.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Special Orders

We strive to provide our products in stock for the U.S. market.  Merchandise not in stock must be ordered from Japan, Korea and other countries/distributors at time of order and will be considered special order. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit on special orders.  Orders will not be placed until the deposit has been made. Once shipped Special Order items can not be returned or refunded.  Due to availability of our products, an extended period time may be required to receive the products.  Although J-stuff will try to anticipate an accurate ship date, there are no guarantees that the product will arrive on time.

Legal

J-Stuff reserves the right to claim all fees (product, freight charges, restocking fee, attorney fees, and court fees) related to any and all legal claims made against or for J-Stuff that are judged in favor of J-stuff.

J-stuff is not responsible for customers losing product documentation, records, or receipts of products purchased.  It is the customer’s responsibility to retain any and all invoices, documentation, and receipts for product returns and warranty.

Pricing

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing includes shipping at cost to us. We try to bring our prices below all competitor prices and still provide shipping to our customers virtually free. (we meet and beat our competitors prices and include shipping)  Due to already low cost and shipping, we do not provide combined shipping discounts.
